Description
One of the most difficult mosaic applications you can achieve with us is how to make a mosaic portrait. We will teach you that and more, using a soft or hard copy, define the light and shadow in it, find and create character and muscle lines that is very important and unique to this individual.
You will study color, design, andamento (the direction of tesserae) and the cutting techniques using the hammer and hardie or the Montolit nippers.
Materials used can be Smalti or stained glass or any other material that have been used through the centuries like stone and marble.
